Afraid to give up my protein shakes

I'm about to start week 4 post op and my doctor told me last week I'm free to eat soft foods. I have only eaten half of a scrambled egg and less than 2oz of tuna (besides my protein shakes) in the last week. Very scared that the more solid foods I eat, the sooner my stomach will stretch. I have no easier to eat solids. Need to know if this is normal or what???

Your sleeve isn't that stretchy and you need better nutrition, don't let fear stand in your way of progression, most some people do well with refried beans, yogurt, cottage cheese with canned fruit, canned chicken with gravy, creamy soups, just in very small portions. Then you just supplement with your shakes.
