  1. Sleeve_sister- do you take the powder or capsule Moringa? How much do you take per day?
  2. You look great!! Keep up the great work.
  3. I'm about to start week 4 post op and my doctor told me last week I'm free to eat soft foods. I have only eaten half of a scrambled egg and less than 2oz of tuna (besides my protein shakes) in the last week. Very scared that the more solid foods I eat, the sooner my stomach will stretch. I have no easier to eat solids. Need to know if this is normal or what???
  4. Sleeved Nov. 14th with Dr. Nicholson in Dallas. Have lost 30lbs since pre-op. live in Mesquite area. Anyone near my world?
  5. Sleeved Nov 14th in Dallas.
  6. Need some help. Would you please let me know the vitamins/supplements your doctor has prescribed and do you have to take the forever?
  7. Ugh! Starting week 2 of 3 weeks of clear liquids. I am jealous how others had the surgery on the same day and are actually eating this week. I know my doctor is conservative but am having a hard time thinking about the protein waters (not shakes) for the next 2 weeks.
  8. Hi. I'm from Dallas and was sleeved on Nov 14th by Dr. Nicholson at Forest Park.
  9. Hi everyone. I was sleeved on the 14th and home the next day. No nausea, gas, etc. my only issue is the incision pain. It is excruciating. I rarely take pain med but am still taking to keep me from crying. Doctor said that this is normal since this is where the most work was done. Yesterday I was able to get all my protein in plus my liquid vitamins. I just really need this pain to subside so I can appreciate the greatness of this surgery and start my new life. P.S. haven't pooped. Starting to get worried.......
  10. Mine is scheduled for the 14th as well. Planning on packing my bag tomorrow and nervousness will set in once that happens. However, I'm ready for the next chapter and all of the changes that will happen.
