Let me start be saying that I am very happy with the amount I have lost to this point. I was sleeved 11/15/12 and am down 82 lbs. the problem is, I have so much more to lose and at the rate I'm losing at now it will take a VERY long time to get there. I'm stressing because I hear that most weight is lost within the first year after surgery. I'm only losing 1-2 lbs per week (sometimes less) and still need to lose 60 more. Are any of you in this situation? Should I try to go back liquids for a bit or increase calories for a bit? I hear suggestions for both, just don't know which works. Currently I am only getting 800-900 calories per day, 60-70 grams of protein. Work out 4-5 days/week. Any advise/suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
