I'm 16 days post op. At this stage it's looking like I only have to take a daily multi vitamin, but I think everyone is different.

My doc said I would hve to take vitamins for the rest of my life(all his patients do) the are:

Multi 2 a day

Calcium chewable 3 a day (caltrate)

Iron 1 a day

B12 3 a week

Biotin 1 daily ( hair lost)

The baratric were terrible. I went to walmart and got chewables much much better. Good luck

Thanks chris54,

that seems like the list I heard before at doctors office in a group sign up after aproval, I speak to him one on one again next week. Also I'll consider what every else seems to like best, like gummies too and maybe not so much the bartiatric Vites.

Two one a day vitamins. One b 50.
