A cup or two depending on how thin you'd like it.

I used about 2 cups chicken broth maybe a little more. I tried calculating the recipe out I figured 7 cups per recipe and 1 serving would equal about 15 G Protein and and about 135 calories per cup. I could not finish the one cup at lunch so I would cut the serving size down ! Like I said this is many first time calculating a recipe so anybody else out there want to try doing it?

I'm not sure either but I mad it today and it taste just like the one I have when I go to Chilis . i think next time i need to add a little more chicken broth to thin it out .

I'm not sure how many calories but this is what i got off of my cans

Sawson chicken breast 12.5oz 60cal 12g prot total fat 1

college Inn broth light and fat free 5 cal 1 pro

rotel mild cal 25 Protein was less than 1

1 can chilli w Beans 250 cal 13g Protein total fat 9

cream cheese was the fat fress but can't find that one

if someone know how to figure out the calories it would be greatly appericated

and taco season mix was with 40% less sodium

1 package fat free cream cheese

1 package taco seasoning

1 can chicken breast

1 can rotella

1 can drained chili Beans

Great crockpot meal with lots of Protein and freezes great too! Enjoy!

I cooked this tonight just on the stove, I forgot the cream cheese but it was GREAT! Put some in freezer and will add cc to some tomorrow. Thanks for the idea!

I'm trying this out today. It's been in the crock pot about an hour. It seems really thick - more like a dip than a Soup. Is this the consistency others have gotten or did I miss a step or ingredient?

Don't drain any of the liquid from Rotel or Beans. Just dump it all in

I start puréed diet on Saturday...do you think this would do well in the food processor? Mainly the Beans I'm concerned about :-)

I used to freeze my in little baggies and then defrost and puree, works great. Also would add sour cream and cheese.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
