Wow hard to believe all that is under 900 calories. That's a lot of food. I think I can eat that in two days.

How far out are y'all!?

I am going to be 13 weeks on Monday. I can only eat 2 ounces of solid Protein per meal. I average 600-700 calories a day. I really wish to make the most of my first 6 months.

That is heartening for me to read! I am 5+ weeks out, and eat so little! At best 2 oz of Protein. And everything is hit or miss - one day I can tolerate a food, the next day it makes me nauseous. Just feel queazy lots of the time - is this normal?

so yesterday i think i did pretty good. i didnt get sick i was so scared of getting sick. at the baby shower i had 3oz of jerk chicken, maybe 1/4 cup peas and rice and 4 little fiesta breads. oh and pink panties as i was drinking it i was like i better slow down because it has whip cream in it and pink lemonade but i didnt get sick though i felt my lower intestines rumbling. than off to the next party di good there also my daughter made chili with hot dogs nacho chips and fries and onion rings. she fixe me a plate of 1/4 cup of fritos and about 1/4 cup chili topped with cheese i ate it but had left overs. than an hour later i went back and had about 5 nacho chips with 1 onion ring and 2 fries with a little chili still had chili on the plate. i say i did good. oh at the baby shower i had a little piece of cake no problems there. oh and on my way to my daughters my father and i stopped at tommys and i got fries and ate 5 and gave the rest away.

Yesterday I was so bad. I didn't even enter anything into MFP. Its getting near my TOM and I just tasted a few things too many.

So today I was not hungry at all for breakfast so I didn't have any. Instead I drank 2 cups of 1/2 caf with some 1% milk.

Lunch:

2oz pork

1t cranberry sauce

2 slices of cucumber

1/3 c spinach salad with 1/2 cherry Tomato, 1T feta, 1 sugar snap pea

Now that I look at that lunch it really doesn't sound like much, but my tummy is full!!

The break room is full of fudge and chocolate and Cookies. I have gone in there and looked and smelled, but haven't reached out to try a taste of anything yet. It's weird. Previously I would have gone to the sweets table 2-3 times and eaten anything that wasn't nailed down. Now I question it.

That one sure has a lot of almonds in it.

That one probably doesn't taste as good as it looks.

Those came from the store and are full of preservatives.

How may carbs are in that?

That doesn't mean that if I decide I really want a piece I won't eat it. Heck yes I'll eat it. But probably one piece and probably not even the whole thing.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
