It took a while. Laying on your stomach ....at least for me pulled on my internal stitches. Having a pillow to prop against your stomach helps when you are on your side. I couldn't comfortably sleep on my stomach for several weeks.

As soon as I got my staples out, I was pretty much okay. I'm at 12 days and have no problem sleeping flat on my stomach.

Laying on my stomach made me feel nauseated so I'm back on my side with my pillow

I waited six weeks and couldn't wait to be able to sleep on it again
