Hello! I'm Fedelma from England. I was sleeved on 13th Feb 2013 by Mr Hewin a consultant and surgeon at the Royal Gloucester Hospital. I am now 5 days sleeved and learning how to treat my baby sleeve. Looking forward to sharing this journey with you all.

Congrats to you Fedelma! We are sleeve buddies as we were sleeved on the same day!

My dietician did not recommend them because she said you might get some of it caught and it stick to your stomach and it not dissolve.

I took gummies before surgery. My surgeon says they're fine. That I can keep up with them but need to be sure they are adult vitamins and take a double dose for the first two weeks. Then back off to the single dose.
