  3. I think I found my match. It's the Chocolate Muscle Milk. I can tolerate that.
  4. I would still blend it until there's no chunks. That's what I did and my doctor was ok with it. He just didn't want me chewing.

  6. I tried one and it took me a whole 2 days to stomach Isopure. I tried the chocolate Muscle milk today and believe it or not, I like it. I will buy a few cases of these.

  10. Wow! I live in Dallas and have not heard that. Dr. Kim is great! He did my surgery on 2/26 at Baylor's Trophy Club.
  11. I'm 12 days out from the sleeve. At my first appointment I asked how to take my Claritin and was advised not to crush it anymore, but since it was a small pill, I could swallow it. Been doing that 4 days now and no issues.
