So I'm in the full liquid diet phase...I know we can eat cream soups strained... I'm wondering can that any kind of soup strained of any chunks? Like broccoli cheese soup without the broccoli? Or only "cream of" soups. Is, cream of chicken, mushroom, etc

I was told clear liquids only. Broth or bullion is also okay. Don't think cream soup of any kind was recommended for me until week 3.

Yes we can have the cream of broccoli w/I the broccoli. I started full liquids yesterday and had New England clam chowder. At first it was going down good then after the 4th spoonful I couldn't do it. Let me know how you do. Congratulations on phase 2

I would still blend it until there's no chunks. That's what I did and my doctor was ok with it. He just didn't want me chewing.
