Thanks. I only have to do the diet for 7 days so I haven't started it yet. Good luck to you, you're almost there!

Hi! I'm Kim' date=' 42y/o. I had my VSG on Feb 4th. Today marks one week! Day of surgery I weighed 308 (I lost 150 pounds pre-op). Weighed in today at 295! Whoohooo! I have followed my diet plan and made sure to get in all my supplements, vitamins, and protien. I feel good, and I'm walking over an hour each day. I think losing weight before surgery has helped me immensely! Trying to enjoy my decaf coffee is my biggest struggle...and the lovenox blood thinner shots! I hate those! Here's to all of you working it! Congrats! :)[/quote']

I have to do the lovenox as well! I'm glad you are walking around and you are feeling good

Welcome! I am also from Texas! I have my surgery on tomorrow 2/15/13. Good Luck to you!
