So I have to brag a little...

Today I noticed I now weigh less than the weight listed on my driver's license.

I'm forunate that in Texas the weight isn't printed on driver's licenses. I do get strange looks when people check my ID. I look like a completely different person.

I'm still losing' date=' but it has slowed down a bit. I'm working out like a freaking animal to keep my losing up. I'm going to walk 12 miles today. I was losing 20 pounds a month, now it's more like 12-15.

I've always worked out, and I've always had six "meals" per day.

I'm down 16 inches from my waistline and 3 shirt sizes. 160+ pounds lost from my heaviest weight.[/quote']

Thats awesome great job, I'll bet you feel fantastic! keep up the good work! When was your surgery, And far from your goal are you?

For those stuck in a stall, just keep doing what you are doing. I finally, finally saw some scale movement. After about 6 weeks of being stuck, the scale is finally moving. I tried every trick in the book but in the end I just trusted the process. I did stop logging my food because it was just making me crazy to see how little I was eating and not getting any results. If I feel myself slipping I'll start logging my food again. Mainly I keep track of my activity with my fitbit. Trying very hard to make my 10,000 steps a day goal. Not so easy when you have a desk job. Just 1.8lbs to go before I drop below 200.

We can do this!

Weightloss since surgery: 39.2

Weightloss pre-op: 48

Total loss: 87.2

Pushing to get the losing ball rolling again. Would like to see 10 lbs per most again so I've started running and hiking and doing liquid diet 1day per week. Looking to get below 150 is my current goal and ~135 is my target

How is the liquid diet going for you? Are you seeing a greater loss? I' ve been increasing working out also. In terms of diet, I noticed that simple carbs from juice and candy were creeping back into my diet. I've eliminated that and I saw an increase in the losses. The liquid once a week sounds like a great idea also. You look great by the way!!!

Thanks, that is very sweet!

It goes well, I especially like the discipline of it. I have Protein powder, broth, pea powder (bariatric advantage) , Jello, coffee etc. I've lost about 5 pounds over the last couple weeks so feel progress is happening.

I'm losing a steady 10 lbs a month. Total loss 133 lbs. total since DOS 93. I'm 7 lbs short of onederland. Hoping to see that by Nov. and my Drs goal for me is 170. So only 37 lbs to go

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
