Are My Books Going To Get Super Small?!

Recommended Posts

Ok, do a friend of mine freaked me out this weekend and asked me what my husband will think when I lose the books. I responded to her that I wasn't expecting to lose them. She shared that she had a friend who went through the surgery and they went down dramatically. Listen, I want them to.be smaller but I certainly.want to remain very curve. What has everyone else experienced?

You are worried about your boobs, but overall you want them to be proportionate to the rest of of your body. I have lost girth, but started with a 40DD and am know wearing a 34DD. The breasts are there, (also post menopausal) so they are not perky anymore, but in clothes of course they still look proportionate. I would say they are like giant skin tags, but look great rolled up into a good bra. I used to be a 40DD wide and now am a 34DD long.. :-)

I highly doubt I will lose my boobs. Even when I was skinny size 8 I had DDD breast. Women in my family are very busty naturally. When I lose weight my boobs don't shrink. I do know of some people who gained weight and their breast got larger but as soon as they lose the weight they shrink but I think those are people who were a A and B cup when they were smaller. My breast have never been smaller than a DD so I doubt that these girls are going anywhere. I currently wear a size 36K and this is in the new bra sizing where bras that used to be a size B are now considered a D. My boobs hopefully will shrink back down to a DDD or i.

thanks everyone, you've all got me in stitches especially with the rolling up of the boobs repost Happy. I was hoping they would go down a bit bc I am a 40H. Now Om thinking the complete opposite and I'll still need a reduction. Lmao. Gotta love the Boobies!

Congrats on ur pecs Butter! lol

I was an A cup before falling pregnant and getting fat, was fat for 6 years, first thing to go we're the boobs. I am now down from a C cup, back to an A. They are saggy and deflated. My boobs were obviously 100% fat. Everybody says "wow, look how much weight you've lost... Where did your boobs go?"

I believe you do loose some boob. If you were a 40dd and now your a 34dd, you lost some boob size. Everytime your band gets bigger or smaller, your cup gets bigger or larger with it. A 48A bra would have a way larger cup then a 38A bra. Yeah, i admit, i dont want to loose what little i have, but I'd rather wear a padded bra instead a size 18 skirt. Thats just me.

After 50+ pounds, mine are definitely getting smaller but that's okay with me. It's been so long since I've been even an average size but I think I was a C in high school when I was active. Now I'm a DDD, but that's going down.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
