I have several size 20 & 22 jeans that are in great shape. Average length. A few lane bryant, some from Target & walmart. I'm going to take them to GoodWill in a few weeks unless someone wants them. My doctor has a clothing exchange a few times a year. Everyone brings their clothes in and exchanges them for another size. Whatever is left gets donated to charity.

(Not that it helps you get rid of yours, but you might talk to your doctor about doing something similar)
