I have found the perfect flour tortilla after much looking and tasting!. Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas. 120 calories each but only 6 NET carbs per tortilla. They are pefect size for a burrito and are only 1 1/2 oz. each. They taste just like regular flour tortillas and don't taste like cardboard like most of the other low-carb ones I have found.

You are absolutely right. These are a staple in my house now. They make the perfect size quesadilla with chicken and cheese and green chiles. They may be best find yet. K

I also forgot about Eggface's pizza recipes on Mission Carb Balance toritllas. Although hers are on whole wheat and mine are not. Can't find those for some reason but prefer these for my taste.

I am over one year out but i could have tortillas at 12 weeks when i was also cleared for bread, rice , and Pasta.

Thanks for the update I am just a month out so I have 8 more weeks to go !
