Surgery November 5th, I am eating the cambells bisque Soups in the box, Jello, pudding, shakes, mashed potatoes, pudding coolwhip, cream of wheat, Isopure, gatorade all low cal and sugar free.< /p>

as far as shakes, I use Celebrate, Unjury and nectar. Nectar is the bomb, it changes it up because its fruity flavors....very good. Had a pina coloda yesterday.......

Anybody try Tomato Soup? Is that acceptable you think?

I was sleeved 11/7.

I've had a ton of Tomato Soup and I love it. Another of my favorites is the Creamy chicken Noodle soup. I made it with a can of milk, cooked it all and then threw it all in the blender. It turned into a liquid and OMG it was soooooo yummy!!!

I also just had rice pudding and that was good too. It all goes down pretty easily. My issue is with plain old Water. No matter what I do I feel like I've swallowed a balloon full of air!

I bought Kellogg's Breakfast To Go in strawberry milkshake flavor and it tastes just like strawberry milk. Only 10g of Protein but yummy enough that I can drink a couple a day.

I am 9 days out. Today for lunch I ate about 2 oz. of Dietz and Watson mesquite turkey breast that I got at the deli (had them shave it). If you get high quality shaved from the deli it is very moist and tastes great...nothing like the turkey from the meat section where the bologna is. And I ate one of those 4 oz. Breakstone 2% cottage cheese with about a tablespoon of mushed up canned pears. It filled me up and I had no problems. I left a couple bites of the cottage cheese when I started feeling full to play it safe.

I have been so tired. I don't have the energy to work out. I used to exercise all the time before surgery. I can't even get through 30 minutes . Anybody else?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
