Kidney pain is never normal. Pain is always an indication something is out of whack. Don't drink so much you drown yourself. Are your measuring? How much? Be sensible about this...K

Thankyou. I'm measuring all foods and milk..but was just told to drink lots. Any ideas how much i should be drinking?

Do you have a VSG diet plan? If not, call you surgeon and get yours. Plus agree, you should discuss your pain. Diet plan should outline what to eat/drink during each phase. If none, then google vsg diet plans so you know what to expect.

Hope you feel better soon.

I am following my surgeons liver shrinking diet plan but it does not indicate how much Fluid i need to drink...only the restrictions on some fluids. Off to the drs this morning to get my medicines ibm liquid form so i'll ask re my kidney whilst I'm there. Thankyou.
