  1. Sorry ..meant soup with small lumps.
  2. Was just wondering if everyone has the same sleeve size? I asked my surgeon what size he intended and he said 35fr which is 11 mm (1.1 c.m) wide. I thought that if this varied that would also have alot to do with what some can and can't eat. I'm allowed purees now but can only managed soups either small lumps at the moment was sleeved on November 8th.
  3. So today is the day!!! Good luck to my sleeve sisters today. Xx

Good luck for Thursday :-) we should to check in with eachother after. :-)

  13. The're quite a few different ones...i had a choice between a shake one a milk one and a food one. Mines really quite restrictive only 200g Protein and 100g of carbs. 200ml semi skimmed milk allowance and 2 portions of fruit. No root veg peas or sweetcorn and lots of Water and leafy Veg.
  14. Hi I've been on my pre op diet (food based liver reducing) for 4 days now and I've just started getting kidney pain. I'm drinking lots of water...feel like i'm swimming in it. Has anyone else experienced this? Wasn't sure if its normal?

  16. I've just had my pre op assessment and i should be sleeved in the next 2 weeks. I have 2 kids 6 and 9 and work as an individual needs assistant in a primary school. I live in England and have always struggled with my weight....although if i could have the body i had at 16 i'd be more than happy either it now. I can't wait to start over with a new stomach...i just wish i wasn't so hungry on the pre op diet.
