Kidney Pain On Pre Op Diet?

Hi I've been on my pre op diet (food based liver reducing) for 4 days now and I've just started getting kidney pain. I'm drinking lots of water...feel like i'm swimming in it. Has anyone else experienced this? Wasn't sure if its normal?

Took much water can be hard on your kidneys, try to stick to the 64-96 ounce limit. Too much protein can be hard on your kidneys also. Contact your surgeons office if you are concerned.
