What's Your New Addiction?

So I am just a few days over 3 weeks out. Like most of us here..food was my savior. Good food was so satisfying. Of course I know now is the time to be healthy - I have been and I will be. No way I will let myself go back to the way I was. I just want to know what people now consider satisfying. I know all about the gym etc however I don't have clearance from my doc to start the gym yet. What are people craving in their new healthy lifestyle other than food (gym? Shopping? Self pampering)? Please share!!

Exercise and wt. lifting.

Click is a Protein powder..just google it.

My addiction is shopping and window shopping/combined with looking at fashion mags. I loved fashion before I got fat and wanted to be a designer at one time.

Unlike many I never had a emotional bond with food.

I find myself reserving dresses for events months forward from Rent the Runway dot com. I have six for our holiday christmas party on hold LOL

I am also having a blast cleaning out my closet. I'm saving the good stuff for charity (a charity that helps women out with a new wardrobe for their career path) and frankly tossing the rest in the trash happily. When it's empty I'm gonna go shopping big time LOL

Lifting weights. Decaf coffee. Sex. Hamburgling.

I was sleeved the same day as you minnie and my new addiction is working out. I've been taking it easy and walking 3 days a week for at least 2 miles but I can't wait to start lifting. I'm not a shopping kind of girl but I may become one once the weight is gone.

Weighing myself. Obsessively.

I cant wait to clean out my closet and donate my clothes! That's a great addiction. Waiting to drop clothes sizes. Hasn't happened yet at 5 weeks out.

IT WAS YOU!!! ROFL

You can find them here lessofmeismore.

The sad thing is I haven't even used mine yet, maybe tonight.

I am trying to get addicted to running, started c25k again today. I stopped a year ago when I broke my ankle jogging and want to pick it back up. I would love to run the 5k at Disneyland next summer.

I craft.

In the evening when I want to munch I make hairbows. Doing pretty good too I even sold a few :-D

Mine is walking. I like to walk an hour a day with my dog. He loves it too!

I've given up coffee, cigarettes and sweets. I don't know what will be my new addiction. I just hope it isn't shopping! I don't have the money!!
