Two Days Out Of Town With My Sleeve

Recommended Posts

I just want to say that it is hard eating out with the portions! It is also hard eating with people who want to discuss what you are eating and how much or little you are having. Very ready to get home and get to my schedule but airplane peanuts are just the right size now and no longer a small size!

On the 24th I will be 6 months post op. I've lost 127 pounds but have been slipping up a lot lately and falling into old behaviors. No I'm not eating a much as before surgery but I'm eating too much for now... Too many slider foods.

I would still like to lose 100 more pounds... But maybe would settle with 50

Starting weight 375

Today 248

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
