Two Days Out Of Town With My Sleeve

I just want to say that it is hard eating out with the portions! It is also hard eating with people who want to discuss what you are eating and how much or little you are having. Very ready to get home and get to my schedule but airplane peanuts are just the right size now and no longer a small size!

I completely agree. And it's those times that I mess up and lose control... Need to work on that

Kmbrly- you have lost a lot of weight girl! How long ago did you have your surgery? I did push my sleeve a little this trip and it didn't feel too good, but I never barfed! Still got my protein just feel stuffed!

On the 24th I will be 6 months post op. I've lost 127 pounds but have been slipping up a lot lately and falling into old behaviors. No I'm not eating a much as before surgery but I'm eating too much for now... Too many slider foods.

I would still like to lose 100 more pounds... But maybe would settle with 50
