It is now 24 hours until I get my sleeve. Go Me!!

I am so excited I can't stand it. I am not nervous or scared. I have a wonderful Dr. that I have used before. He did my Nissen Fundaplication a couple yrs ago. It has come almost totally undone. No fault of his. I had a lot of vomiting over the yrs that caused that I'm sure. They will have to undo all of that and repair another hernia before doing the sleeve. The post op for the first few weeks is very much like the post op of the Nissen so I have been there and know what to expect of this.

I thank God for this procedure. I pray for a safe surgery and fast recovery, not only for myself but for all of us having this done.

Good luck! you will do fine. I had the surgery on a monday, out of the hospital on a tuesday, went shopping all day the same week on friday, back to work with staples the following monday...im just crazy like that though lol.
