Planters Nut-Rition Snack Pack And Nature Valley Protein Bars Good Choices?

I am trying to find good snack choices are these??

Planters But-ritions heart healthy snack pack- it has walnuts, pecans, pisctachios, almonds

Cal- 250, fat- 22g (that seems like a lot but it's nuts), carb- 7g, Dietry Fiber-4g, Protein- 8g, sat fat- 2.5 g

And it is a big bag

Nature Valley Protein Peanut Butter and Dark chocolate

Cal- 190, fat- 12g, carb- 14g, Dfiber- 5g, protein- 10g, sat fat- 3.5 g

I hv had the Nature Valley Protein Bars & they are good especially if Im craving some diff. Not something I wld eat dailu but its a goo snack or something to take on the run.
