could i please have all the names and phone numbers of all the doctors in Canada that do the lab band Vancouver Calgary Edmonton would be the best before Toronto.

    well i was hoping for more numbers but i call monogue and there is one in Vancouver the leung and one in Calgary Dr.Mitchel.

    maybe Im going to call leung back and see what they can do for me, if i can find the phone number:)

    Hi, Andree. I was banded on Oct. 13th by Dr. Leung in Surrey, BC. His phone number is 604 581-2515.

    The cost to me was exactly $13,000.00, all inclusive.
