My stats are so similar , sleeved on 9/17/2012 and I'm at 160 and scale is not budging ... 130 is also my goal ....

I was stuck at 160 for what seemed like forever, and then just started drinking a ton of Water. I drink 20 oz. as soon as I wake up in the morning and then keep that going through the day. I've also been eating a ton of plain greek yogurt. I stir in different toppings to keep it interesting. So within the past couple of weeks I've dropped 4 more pounds, getting to 156. My personal goal is 140.

Oh thanks , I'm going to start there and add more Water and Greek yogurt to my diet ... I am definitely not complaining ( when I think how far I've come ) but I will do anything to kick start my loss .... Hopefully it will work for me as well

Confession time.....Not sure when the weight loss is going to stop, no goal set.. Kinda think I've gone into another type of eating disorder... Have been bad about taking Vitamins and Protein. I have been living off cheese, yogurt, meats and some veggies in small quantities. Can't handle carbs still. Not really exercising. I need to go back to my support group. Who else is feeling like they are not being as good as they should be? Sometimes reaching the numbers others desire, does not come with all the joys one would think...Doing this completely wrong. Kinda happy I was able to write this down, Even though I really want to delete this post before hitting send

I really eat basically what I want, just small quantities. I too should be more careful and I really hate to exercise. I guess one good thing is that I am very conscious of what I am eating, try to only eat Protein and veggies for meals and for the most part I stay away from carbs. So kix you are not alone with the struggles.....

Well, it's been an ok week for me. I started the C25K this week. Looks like I had a slight loss but no worries as I am really trying to work on my muscles to combat the bat wings! :)

I'm going a little slower but still losing weight slowly. I was stuck between 170 and 171 for a long time. Now I am on the move again and am down to 168. Yesterday I went to the resale shop and bought a pair of blue jean shorts in a size 12 - and they aren't even really tight.. I was surprised since I'm still able to wear (although they are really baggy) several pairs of size 18 jeans.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
