I thought I would write to share an experiance I have been having. I find that I have gone to the store a few times since surgery and get lightheaded/head ache in the store. I spoke to the Dr about is and also the pshy. The shrink laughed and said that it is a reaction based off of how I used to shop. Anything and everything I wanted went in the cart and I would eat and eat till I had satisfied any craving I had or I developed while in the store. I would sometimes have a 8 course meal to accomplish all of the things I bought. 1st chips and dip, then a little potatoe salad you ge the idea.
What I find the last few times is that I am spending a higher dollar for food and buying a lot less. Perhaps because I am buying in the early stages but none the less.
I went to a restaurant for my sisters B-day last week and ate the broth off of a bowl of Soup and found that I did not have the same reaction at the restaurant, I was fine. Except for the onion rings and patty melt my sister ate...b***h! (Kidding)
Well I thought I would share this and see if anyone else has had a similar experiance and what they did about it.
