Do you live in the city or a suburb? We have a small sleever group that meets occasionally( not monthly) . It is nice just to be able to talk and share recipe ideas and foods that we have found that are worth trying. We would love for you to join us if you can next time we meet. It will probably be after the first of the year when we meet again.

I think you are doing great. We can't compare our weight loss to others, all of our bodies work differently. I am 3 months out tomorrow and down 32 pounds. It has been very slow for me lately. We will reach the goals we have, it just takes time
