I got some great cook books. One is called Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook For Dummies and Recipes for Life After Weight-Loss Surgery. I got some really good ideas and its great because you can plan things ahead. It tells you about the begining stages to the end. It was a awesome find for me.

P.S. Dont forget your Biotin for your hair ;)

Yes eat your Protein first then veggie and fruit carbs last drink plenty of Water get 60-80 gm of protein a day
