Are My Eyes Playing Tricks On Me?

I was at a stall for a little over 2 months mabye longer I stepped on the scale 2 days ago and was so happy because I had lost 5lbs. I step on the scale today and I'm back to the weight I was stalled at I'm a little frustrated has anyone experienced this??

I have already and i'm only 3 weeks in total... I experienced it a a lot during my life. Research it. You need to really weigh yourself once a week and ideally in the morning and nude. Your body changes weight each day based upon many factors that affect fluid retention, etc.. So, that is normal. I do go on it a few times a day and can vary 1.5 pounds in same day.. During my past stalls, I still found clothes fit much better, and that is also your body's way of adjusting from what I have researched..

I am a water retainer big time and it is sooooo frustrating. I also am a slave to the scale, but I try to use it as a tool. Set yourself a weigh in day and time as PP said and only "count" that as official. No matter how many times you get on the scale.
