Over One Year Out

I had surgery July 20 a year ago. Lost 50 pounds. Now my weight seems to be creeping up again :(

Any suggestions?

What are you eating/how much? Do you exercise? Protein first? I am sure that these are all the things you focused on to lose the 50 pounds. You need to get back on track back to basics and work your sleeve.

I try to stick with proteins. How do I work my sleeve?

Caryl..working your sleeve refers to getting back to a clean diet in correct portion...proteins, low carb/sugars, water..ect.Like u did in your weight loss phase.
