To Call Or Not To Call (The Insurance)

Everything was submitted last Friday... I talked to the rep from Cigna on Monday and she told me that it takes 5 days and I should have an answer on Friday. Yet I have an overwhelming urge to call today. Do I call? Do I wait like a good girl? OMG this is painful! HELP please sleevers who have been in my shoes! I'm going :blink:
