We have Humana Commonwealth Optimum PPO. my husband already has this insurance I will be put on his plan October, but I was wondering what they require, is there anything I can go ahead and do and or how long does it take, what do they require? My BMI is 44.4, I do not have any documented problems, because I have not have insurance in 3 years. I have always been overweight. I have migraines and the normal back and knee pain as I am a nurse and work 12 hr shifts. ANY ADVISE ??

You would have to call your insurance each plan is different .. And I would suggest since you had no insurance in three years check your husband first to see if they cover it two if you have a pre existing clause cause some insurance if you haven't been covered in awhile you have to weight a year mine did ... And then go from there
