Today for lunch i ate tuna. I had, i guess, a big bite and dint' chew it well enough. I immediately developed a SHARP pain in my chest area. I didn't throw up but i just stood over the toilet and it came out. It was sore all afternoon. Then i tried to have a popsicle and It hurt to go down. Followed by some skim milk and the sharp, pain came back and still won't go away. What should I do ?! Did i clog band?

Get some aloe vera juice and some papaya enzymes from your local health food store...tonight if you can. NO MORE solids for 24-72 hours. However long you can stand. Warm liquids and double doses of aloe for a few days.

You are iritated..that is what has happened...liquids only and housecats suggestion of aloe juice is a good idea...take it easy and I am sure it will go away....Good luck
