Plate, utensil, or other kitchen device that helps you stay on your diet? Mine is my Longaberger Pottery coffee cup. Half of the coffee cup is 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on the food I put in it. It's perfect Portion Control for me. Anybody else have a favorite they would like to share?

I have the fiesta ware 7&3//4oz tea cups and like yours, they are awesome for Portion Control. I use them for pretty much every meal.

My magic bullet has been a godsend. It is so easy to make protien shakes without he hassle. I am 3.5 weeks post surgery and drinking shakes 3 times a day is bad enough without having to clean a blender

I bought some 5oz paper Dixie cups. This allows me to measure and eat from the same cup, then toss it.

Sent from my mobile productivity killer.

My favorite gadget is my new NINJA blender. It is so easy to fill and to clean. I make all my Protein Shakes in it, and it really chews up the ice and frozen fruit. Best $40 I've spent in a long time!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
