What's Your Favorite....

Plate, utensil, or other kitchen device that helps you stay on your diet? Mine is my Longaberger Pottery coffee cup. Half of the coffee cup is 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on the food I put in it. It's perfect portion control for me. Anybody else have a favorite they would like to share?

I have the fiesta ware 7&3//4oz tea cups and like yours, they are awesome for portion control. I use them for pretty much every meal.

I bought some 5oz paper Dixie cups. This allows me to measure and eat from the same cup, then toss it.

Sent from my mobile productivity killer.

My favorite gadget is my new NINJA blender. It is so easy to fill and to clean. I make all my protein shakes in it, and it really chews up the ice and frozen fruit. Best $40 I've spent in a long time!
