Aimstergal - I didn't exercise last week so this week I've started Pilates with the Malibu Pro Pilates chair that Susan Lucci hawks on HSN. I'm gonna see if I can meet your 9.8 lbs & raise you another several .8s!!!

That's amazing! I havn't stepped on a scale since my pre-op test on 9/25. Can't wait to hop on that same scale Thursday and see exactly what I've accomplished.

Surgery is a week from tomorrow. Lost 6.4 lbs so far on the pre-op diet. Hopefully I can pick up speed & lose another 6-8 this week

Good luck! I'm right behind you!! 11 days here:)

Hi Alene here..going from band to sleeve. (oct 16)I'm starting my preop diet on Tuesday. clear liquids, jello and 80 grams of protein a day. good luck everyone and I hope you all have an uneventful recovery (hugs)

Best of luck to all the sleevers coming up this week. :D Mine is Thursday! May you all have a speedy and easy recovery. God bless and my prayers are with you all!

Thank you!!!! :) mine is Wednesday! Nervous and scared but im ready!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON THURSDAY!!!! :)

Mine is on Tuesday and have a hellish day at the office tomorrow, which I originally scheduled off. Maybe it is good to be distracted because I am starting to get a little freaked out!!

This a been a wonderful ride thus far...it has been amazing to read ask the post from preop to postop. I have been approved and knowing my surgery date since July 30, and I never thought Oct would come fast enough...

I have 3 more days and a wake up before I lose 75% of my tummy (good bye and good riddens)..Good luck to all of my sista's before and after me! My prayers are with us all in the past, present and future...

My surgery is tomorrow. I leave for the hospital at 6:30am. I have all kinds of different thoughts and emotions swirling through my head right now. Mostly I am excited and looking forward to change... Even if it means losing 75-80% of my stomach in order to make it happen. I am really fighting the urge to have one last food funeral before my 8 hour pre surgical fast begins. I am not going to give in because it just wouldn't be pretty...I know I have an emotional connection to food. Food is where I go when I am sad, bored, or feel I deserve a reward. Anyways, I am really ready for this and am actually looking forward to the hard work that will follow my surgery tomorrow. I am going to have to find some sort of healthy habit, a positive addiction, to replace food.

Good luck to the other Monday sleevers out there...I'll make sure to check in on the flip side!

Way to go brother! Hope to be joining you on the losers bench soon... Oct 25th for me. Good luck to you and keep us posted. Congrats also to all the other OctoSleevers who were already sleeved' date=' and thanks for sharing all your stories.[/quote']

Thanks man, a day of jello and broth almost done. I am ready. Wanted to get below 300 preop and was 292 this am. Never over 300 again!
