No I just joined the gym should start this week hopefully the pounds will come off faster its the holidays I work 2 jobs so its hard to make time for the gym

I did not have to do a pre op diet so I have only lost 33 at my one month check up the dr said I should have lost more my Starting weight 290 Now 257

Surgery on oct 15 and have lost 33 pounds since surgery

I was sleeved oct 15 lost 20 pounds within the first 2 weeks and have not lost anything since

So today is 2 days after surgery definitely can't keep up w fluids it hurts so bad to swallow and have the worst sore throat

First post since surgery yesterday surgery went well except that I am dying of pain and can't swallow anything because it hurts so bad

Here at the hospital getting ready surgery at 11:30

Tomarrow is my day October 15 decently getting nervous have to be at the hospital at 9.30 surgery at 11.30

I finish my 14 day pills on Sunday and my surgery is Monday so don't worry

So did I and its 10 days of antibiotics
