  2. Me too! I always feel hungry. And I feel like I need to stuff myself so it will last awhile. I have to really watch myself.

  5. I was sleeved 10/22/12. I started at 302. Now at 188. I stall every once in awhile but I work out almost every day and keep my calories under 1200. It seems to help.

  11. The countdown is on. 19 lbs left to onederland!
  12. My brain still has not adjusted to the quantity that I can eat.
  13. Original BMI 46, current 35! Woohoo! Surgery date Oct 22.
  14. I had to meet with my primary doctor one time a month for 3 months, meet with a nutritionist 3 times, and meet with a psychologist. Overall not too bad. I just hated waiting. Your doctor will be able to help you navigate it all though. As for my doctor, I have his cell phone number! How many doctors give that out?
  15. Amber, I have United Healthcare. I had to go through 3 months of meeting their criteria but they paid for 80%. I went to Dr. Collier in Conroe. He is AWESOME! And they will walk you through the insurance nightmare.
  16. I have been soooo bad the last couple of weeks. Eating fast food and eating a lot. Still not as bad as I used to be though. So my new year's resolution is to refocus and remember everything I went through to get here.
  17. I have found that I am much pickier with the food that I eat now. I can't tell you how much food I throw away now because it is mediocre. Only so much room now, want to make sure I like what I put in.
  18. Sleeved 10/22/12 SW 302 lbs DOS 278 lb Today 250 lbs Slow and steady wins the race ...at least I keep telling myself that.

  20. Any suggestions for high calorie healthy snacks? The doctor is really after me to get more calories in.
  21. I take comfort in knowing I am not the only one. I can eat anything. If I sit down and eat then I eat smaller amounts but I can also graze all day long too. I am not normally a grazer so this makes nervous. I am just trying to make smart decisions but it has not been working the last couple of days.
  22. Yea it was great. I ate a small piece of turkey breast, tablespoon of stuffing, a devilled egg and about 2 tablespoons of pumpkin custard only because my mom made it for me and I felt guilty. Oh yea, about 45 lbs down since Oct 1st!
  23. Good news! I fit into my "motivation" dress. It still show bulges in places I don't want it to, but IT FITS!
