I had 2 oz of Boars Head Honey Ham slices. Cut 1/2 oz slice of Swiss cheese in half and rolled it up inside the ham to make 2 ham n cheese rolls. Quick and easy and goes down very well.

Wow I feel like I eat so much more than what everyone listed. And I feel like I eat all day long...I'm 11weeks out and down 42lbs. A little disappointed but better than nothing. Today I've had a hard boiled egg' date=' 4oz of chicken salad with celery stalks, 4 pieces of beef Jerky, 1/2 cup of dry granola, 3 or4 pineapple chunks and I'll probably eat something else before the nights over because I just got back from Zumba and I'm always hungry after that. Am I doing too much? I've not really been sick except a couple times(eating too fast I think). Just feel like I should be eating less...

That all equals 934 calories and 60g of protein[/quote']

Wow I'm impressed that you are only 11 weeks out and can get in so many calories. i am almost 9 months out and can't even get in 800 sometimes!

I think you are talking about your daily intake. I am working to maintain and I eat 2000 calories a day and have been successful for the last 3 months at this pace. (This is JUST FOR ME, I'm not educated in this field.) I personally only listed what I ate for lunch. If I told you everything I ate yesterday you would get bored real quick because it is a long list. I feel like I eat constantly too and I worry about "grazing" like it's my job!! What I'm trying to get at is you're probably OK and you shouldn't stress when comparing what others have listed here on this thread. Any concerns about if you're "OK" or not should be taken up with your doctor or nutritionist. As I said we were only talking lunch, not all day food intake. Hope that makes you feel better! :)

Working nights makes dieting harder...I usually sleep through lunch or dinner depending on when I go to bed. Need to get myself on a better sleep schedule...trying to prep myself for vacation and surgery. I'm just thankful that being a lap band patient currently I have the eating right down pretty good.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
