These Fleeting Moments Of Panic

So I am now 5 days post op. I have to say the for the most part physically I feel pretty good, except for the gas. I do keep getting these overwhelming feelings of panic and sadness even though I'm not sure why. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes!!! I had one of those moments on an airplane and I have never experienced anything like that before when flying. Ugh! It does get much better. I think it is your body adjusting to the trauma of surgery and new diet. Hang in there!
