Insurance Was Approved! The Moment Of Truth Is Here!

I got the letter two days ago. I should be eating better, healthier, smaller portions.... no drinks with meals. no fat foods. I should have been preparing better instead of just 'in my head'. i know i have to start drinking shakes and eating better. has anyone else started late on changing habits?

Define started late? We all have issues with food, diet, life, etc. it's not so much about when you start but that you do. And just know that if you matter to you, you will make it work. No excuses, no failure. Every day will be a win...simply because you are proving to yourself that you are worth it.

Begin now. Start small. Pick some post surgical lifestyle changes that you can implement now. If you start making changes now, it's not going to seem anywhere near as overwhelming when you have surgery.

Yes, I am 1.5 weeks pre-op and just really started .5 weeks ago. It's hard to go from eating --> liquid but it's going all right. My cheats have been reasonable. I figure by next week I'll be a pro. :)
