I love these confessions. I confess that I am not exercising like I need too. :(

I CONFESS THAT I:

* sometimes get irritated at the success stories here...I WANT TO POST THOSE PICS!

* am addicted to weighing myself ( after going YEARS not knowing my weight!)

* I can't wait to flaunt my new body

I confess too that I think about food way more than I want to.

I confess that I don't exercise as much as I should.

I confess that I drink Sonic caffeinated several times a week and love every drink of it.

I confess that I weigh myself every day.......at least once.

I confess that I'm never hungry and sometimes eat Snacks because I'm craving something.

I confess I spend too much time VST when I should be doing other things.

  • I confess that this journey is both harder and easier than I thought it would be.
  • I confess that in public situations I finagle things to make it look like I've eaten more than I have.
  • I confess that it makes me sad that I might never be able to consume a large sandwich with big ol' slices of homemade bread again (like I need it).
  • I confess that I occasionally use a straw.
  • I confess that I haven't told anyone about my sleeve and I don't plan on it. I don't need your negativity or opinions.

I confess that I am not exercising like I should be either...

I confess that I think about going to Cheesecake Factory and ordering

a chocolate chip cookie dough slice of cheesecake

I confess I had a fish sandwish from McDonald's last week -

I did not eat the bread tho.. like thats an excuse. :o

I confess I WANT A CORONA SO BAAAAAAD!!!! :P

I confess I could tear up a snickers right now.

Now having confessed all this.... I will not go back to where I was...I ate the fish, the rest was in my head.

I have come too far to turn back now. But I do like these confessions.

It felt good to get that off my chest.

I confess...

*My eyes are still bigger than my stomach so many times I end up with a plate full of food I can't eat.

*Stalls scare the crap out of me. I feel like a failure and my thinking gets skewed and I binge...well as much as my sleeve will let me.

*Im mad they came out with all the "good" food after I got sleeved. pizza on garlic bread? !?! That's freakin genius! Lol

*I fall in and out of love with exercise.

*I downplay my weight loss to my friends who are overweight or who I know are jealous.

*I hate when people ask me about health/nutrition and I know theyre not serious. Why waste my time? And don't "act" serious about weight because the fat girl is getting ready to pass you up.

This feels good. May be back lol.

I confess...

- I haven't been to the gym in a month.

- I have weighed myself everyday this week (normally only 1-2x a week) because I'm SSSOOO close to the century club!

- I get really irritated with some people's "holier than thou" preachy' date=' opinionated attitudes on this site which makes me not post for fear of judgment and ridicule. Why can't we just all get along???

- I'm really sad about getting rid of all of my clothes. All I see is wasted (because I have A LOT of clothes).

- I've only told a few clothes friends this... I plan on staying single during this journey so I can see what kind of "ass I can pull" and truly enjoy the attention I get! ;)[/quote']

Too funny! Great post????

Yes. Yes. And yes. I may be mourning my clothes more than food.

Ok I wasn't gonna do it for fear of being judged but WTH here goes...

1) I have had some wine

2) I have had some chocolate.

3) I have started smoking again

4) I would kill for a Big Mac with extra sauce

5) I have had anxiety attacks post surgery.

I know, I know. All I can say is this is so much more than I anticipated. I am adjusting but this is a HUGE change. I didn't underestimate the commitment but I didn't fully realize the entire impact. I know I will succeed but obviously not without testing some limits.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
