Im right around the 4 month mark and my hair has been falling out more. I'm upping my protein, taking biotin and it was recommended that I switch to a more easily assorbed multi. So I'm hoping this will stop the hair loss. I've also noticed that my energy is down, weight loss has tapered and my depression and anxiety is not under control as before. So I'm hoping this is all related.
