How are you doing so far? Almost 1 month out, congrats!

The Dr wanted me on 1500 calories a day to loose the 15 lbs. I've been averaging between 1300 and 1500. Down 12 lbs. Started water Zumba three times a week, and love it.

Where is the water Zumba? I would really like to try that. And good job on being 12lbs!!

In Suisun City by Fairfield @ the Kroc center. Its such a beautiful facility. You should check out places close to you. It is so much fun. Don't feel like i'm exercising, I love it. Wish they had it everyday.
