Tired Of Plain Water

Has anyone tried putting a slices, peeled and seedless cucumber in water. I did and was very good. I left it overnight in the refrigerator. Mmm it was cool and refreshing.

@kalimomof3 we have HEBs here so I will look for them.

I am going to try that idea. Cucumber and mint water sounds so good. I also do 1teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tsp splenda to give it a lemonaide flavor. :)

Crystal Lite. I LOVE the natural tea with lemon and the classic orange.

This is from the Prevention Flat Belly Diet book.

They call it Sassy Water and it is very refreshing.

2 liters or about 8 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

1 medium lemon, thinly sliced

12 small spearmint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let the flavors blend overnight.

I think I will make up a batch for Saturday.

Wow florabamagirl that sounds great! Looks like I'm heading to the store in the morning so I can try this one! :o)

Has anyone tried those MIO drops you add to water bottles? I always see them but have never heard anything as far as whether or not they are good??I end up grabbing what I know lol

All these ideas sound so delish!! :)

Yes, the Mio is good. I actually put a little of the lemonade kind in my tea instead of lemon wedges.. I love it :o)

The fruit punch MIO and pink lemonade are good. :) I was a southern sweet tea junky before surgery so I wasn't impressed by the MIO Sweet Tea flavor.

I bought the mango peach flavored mio and OMG!! I am in love. I havent had a carbonated drink or juice since! Just squirt a bit into my water bottle and ur helps the water go down so much better!! And it's sweetened with sucralose..better than aspartame

Skinnyminnie I need to try that flavor. Thank you for sharing

I love all the Mio flavors but my favorites are the Mango Peach & the Blueberry Lemonade.
