  7. I am almost 10 months out,117 pounds down. My loose skin has become just ridiculously itchy. Its mainly my belly but my sides a little too. I dont know whats causing it and hydrocortizone isnt helping. Theres no rash or anything (just red from where I am scratching myself to death) Any ideas? Its driving me crazy, I'm willing to try about anything!
  8. Recovery was a breeze. The biggest problem i have is not being hungry so i don't remember to eat and its really hard to get enough protein in. also, somehow surgery has made me lactose intolerant :/ I am 4 months out and have lost a total of 82 pounds (20 was pre op, but i still count it!
  9. I have OneNet Insurance. I went to Dr Sofronski (he has offices in Rehoboth and Salisbury)

  11. It takes time ladies. I was sleeved on July 27. Its very hard to get enough protein in even now, and as far as the hunger part goes, I have seen people on here say they are hungry a lot, but I have not felt hungry at all since surgery. I have also become lactose intolerant. Things are way different, but also way better. 4 months out and down 80 pounds, so don't get too frustrated, it takes getting used to.
  12. Hi Tiff. I am in Milton. Who's your surgeon?

  14. I am down 56 pounds but Dr. is kinda upset with me because I almost never get enough Protein. I usually get 350-500 calories a day.
  15. I have the opposite problem. I am 2 months out and I have never felt hunger once since surgery. I have to set alarms just to remind myself to eat. Is that bad?
  16. I was just going to get on here and ask about If surgery making me lactose intolerant was possible and I found this thread. I love this site. Lol. My fave foods ever were all milk based. Greek yogurt, cheese, fat free cottage cheese and so on. Since my surgery (July 27) I can't eat any of it without feeling really sick after. Its kinda depressing. I really hope it goes away..

  19. Yes, the Mio is good. I actually put a little of the lemonade kind in my tea instead of lemon wedges.. I love it )
  20. I tried the cauliflower crust pizza and it was so good. I made it with chopped up chicken and low fat pepperoni so it had some good protein. I definitely recommend you all try it )
  21. Wow florabamagirl that sounds great! Looks like I'm heading to the store in the morning so I can try this one! )
  22. I am also in delaware. My surgery was July 27.
