Logon Issues....

since the mobile app is still screwed up - this morning when I went to log on - it kept saying my username and password were incorrect.....so I had to create a whole new acccount - same user name except with an ' added. is anyone else having problems, or is this just an 'user error'?

I didn't have a problem logging on the computer, but I don't have the mobile app so I can't say for sure. You might have typed a key wrong on the phone. I would try logging in from the computer first and resetting your password if need be.

Yes! Yesterday, my mobile app was hanging on the "contacting remote site" message. Thinking it was my phone I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It will now let me look at the site but it won't let me log in. I have reported the problem and will keep you updated when I hear back.

I also reported that the site is no longer subscribing us to posts we comment on and when I access the site from a desktop (like I am now), I'm not getting messages telling me that people have responded to posts that I remembered to subscribe to.

I'm having the same problem. I like getting on before I go to bed and the last two nights I haven't been able to. I'm glad I know that's its not just my phone! You should try the app again. It finally let me on! Maybe they got it fixed! But now that I think about it I'm not sure if it loged me in or not....

just tried again...it's sitting on the 'contacting remote site' again....i'll uninstall and try again

It finally let me on! Maybe they got it fixed! But now that I think about it I'm not sure if it loged me in or not....

You sound like me. I'm on here all the time! I just tried again and it is still stuck on the "contacting remote site" message.

aauugghh - well I unistalled and reinstalled and it just sits on the screen "contacting remote site'....this is freaking ridiculous.

I thought something was up when I saw your avatar...cute pic, but that's not Mufasa!!! If you contacted admin and IT, that's prob your best bet. Especially if others are having the same issues. AND they revamped only last week...they should be able to straighten it out if it doesn't debug itself....ive only been on for a couple weeks, but id be PISSED to lose my content....good luck!

We were having issues over the last few days with our Android app. These issues should now be resolved and your app should be loading fine. You might need to restart the app if it's already loaded. Let me know if you're still having any issues.

it didn't recognize the username again...however I'll uninstall and reinstall once my phone charges back up.

I was having the same problem and man you have never seen a grown woman throw such a fit! I also did the whole uninstall reinstall business. I would get frustrated put my phone down wait a minute then do it all over again followed by extreme temper tantrums. Then finally late last night I looked at my husband and said maybe someone is trying to tell me I'm spending too much time on my forum. Now tonight wow it works. Yay I'm not spending too much time here it was just technical difficulty. Happy happy dance!
