I love doing things like that. When I want something sweet they are quick and easy to make and not that bad really without the crust. If you like Peanut Butter and/or chocolate try this one... Coo

I took an 8 oz block of Weight Watchers cream cheese, 1 cup of non-fat Oikos plain yogurt, 1 box of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and 1 cup of Almond Milk and mixed it all together with my hand mixer. I added in a little almond flavoring and some SF Torani Vanilla.

Yummy! This afternoon I had 1/2 cup of "cheesecake" with some sliced strawberries and a few almond slivers.

I haven't sat down and calculated calories and Protein yet. I figure I can throw a scoop of vanilla protein powder, some additional almond milk and some frozen strawberries and use the rest up making smoothies for Breakfast.

Ok, so my recipe definitely needs more protein. Divided it into 6 servings for 129 calories, 11.8 grams of carbs, 4 fiber, and 7.2 grams of protein.

I see a lot of people adding vanilla flavors and syrups. I add vanilla protein powder to things that don't lend to the chocolate. You get your vanilla flavor and extra protein at the same time so win win...
