Vitamins And Protein Powders

Hi everyone, hope you all had a good trip home. I was exhausted by the time we got to the house. It was a pleasure meeting each and every one of you and I look forward to maintaining our relationship and supporting each other with exciting journey. I was hoping I could get input on your vitamins and protein powders you will be using. I currently am going to buy the costco protein shakes but wanted to hear more about other options and also about the vitamins you will be using. Thanks!! take care..
